Hey everyone, longtime lurker here on the sub and I was wondering what you all may think of this. I work as an AGM for a hotel making 35,000 salary. The stress of the job is wholly not worth it, but it pays the bills and there aren’t many other options as far as work nearby with everyone having open applications but nobody is hiring. My General Manager here at the hotel was recently fired for “many corporate infractions” (basically they stood up for themselves) and now I’m stressed about potentially losing my job next to set an example to the team that everyone is replaceable. I’m so tired of working salaried hours and getting stuck barely being able to eat.
