We're all just points and keywords in an automated database that burns your application in a nanosecond if you don't score high enough in some algorithm. That's great, if all applications were nothing more than a point and click, submit the same arbitrary information stored on a profile like indeed and it takes me all of 5 minutes to take some stupid fucking survey, I honestly wouldn't care. But it's not.
It's jobs that post across multiple sites, then have you taken to THIER personal sites where you have reconstruct the same bullshit profile, fill out their own tedious applications, then have the fucking audacity to make you submit custom tailored resumes, cover letters, and god damned letters of recommendation written by that hand of Jesus fucking Christ himself, create portfolios and overall jump through hoops so they can judge if you'll have the softest lips for their asses.
I have to do all this to prove my worth for fucking jobs that pay $2 or $3 above minimum wage, as if my 15 years of fucking work experience (which includes 10 years at one company) isn't enough.
