Going to work while your country is being invaded

Just saw this on /r/oddlyterrifiying and it's absolutely surreal how people are not panicking on the footage while the siren is going off. Imagine waking up hearing explosions nearby and getting a text from your boss telling you to come in earlier to cover for someone who got wounded by explosions/shots/etc This can't be real. Are we this conditioned and beaten by capitalism that we can't properly react to war in your own country? https://www.reddit.com/r/oddlyterrifying/comments/t02qib/kyiv_ukraine_roughly_10_minutes_ago_air_raid/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3
