I’ve been working at a chain restaurant for a little over a year now, and i’m kinda back to where i started with low paychecks. As of now i average 5 hours a day for 5 days of the week because summer is slow. i would often average 6-8 hours a day with no break or lunch. not sure if i should go to employment board or if it’ll just get brushed away. No breaks, no lunch, no free food unless done secretly, bosses expect us to work our asses off and i just dread going to work everyday. should i just leave and let this keep happening? should i contact someone?
