Got a “verbal warning” for being stressed

My company keeps discussing how we’re growing at a fast pace and that each department is bound to experience growing pains. I’m one of the department leads, have been since early last year. Without going into detail, my employers pride themselves on company culture, claiming we’re to be treated as if we’re human and not just another name on a paper. Yet, I find myself steamrolled consistently, not allowed to talk to anyone (despite the many conversations going on around me), and feeling left out most of the time. That’s ok because in the end, I’m paid to work. So, headphones go in and I work. According to upper management, it’s not ok. My department has recently succumbed to these “growing pains” and I’ve been really stressed. Add insecurity to the mix with the recent office dynamics, and my mental health has been tanking. I keep it to myself, but…

My department has recently succumbed to these “growing pains” and I’ve been really stressed. Add insecurity to the mix with the recent office dynamics, and my mental health has been tanking. I keep it to myself, but apparently me being quiet for two days warrants an hour long discussion where they expressed “concern” that the team doesn’t like talking to me, my bandwidth for job capacity isn’t good enough, and a verbal warning.

I don’t post about work on social, don’t say anything provocative, yet I noticed the CEO recently blocked me on IG. Oh, and my job position has been posted on ZipRecruiter since last week and I’m concerned I’m losing my job without warning about my overall job performance (which is “great” apparently).

I’m getting to a breaking point. Honestly, who gives a verbal warning for keeping to themselves to try and get ahead?
