Got fired yesterday after coming home from work. I was brought on as a temp to perm hire for a 3 month contract. I leave work yesterday and not even 5 minutes after walking in the door I get a call from the staffing agency saying theyre not continuing my contract and what stuff do I have in the office for her to pick up.
I was given no warning, no communication from my bosses, just called on a random tuesday and told that I no longer have a job. Yet my boss could talk to me every morning and gossip about her shitty personal life but not talk to me as my boss so I could be a better employee for them. This comes after working 16 days straight across 4 different jobs thinking Im getting ahead and finally getting financially stable and quiting one of my more timely ones to go down to 3 jobs. Love how they can just cast me aside like Im nothing with no warning but if I quit on the spot Id be leaving them up a river.
So here I am going from having full time employment to only food service to rely on. Im stressed and trying to fight off being depressed and just trying to push forward and seek out other jobs but the job market depresses me when all the potential work from home jobs are sales or customer service.
