Pushed back on a project from my boss who likes to throw projects and amends at me no matter what I'm doing that time or what my capacity is, then told off for making mistakes when I rush it or our systems don't work properly. I can do 2/3 projects in a day most staff take a full day to do. All feedback is vague, non existent so I have no idea how to improve and briefs are non-existent or change without warning, so it's wrong again. I was hired to a job description that hasn't come about because of capacity and now cability and I'm not treated as a team member to collaborate with, I am the admin staff to push out all the boring jobs my boss has sat on for a week in his inbox with a 24 hr turn around time. Yes, they dont even bother to delete the chain of emails where I can see when it was assigned. It just comes as a chain I have to try to read and understand. Last week, I planned my day for specific projects which worked with other teams deadlines and made it clear what I was working on that day. Cue, vague amendments. Confirm they are done. Doesn't even bother telling and says it's wrong there is still so much to change, checking 5 times what the hell they are seeing I'm not seeing, email to say it is done, and I need to move onto other projects now, so if there are anymore amends it'll need to wait until next week. Tried to send it at 4:55pm on a Friday for me to finish off. Now I'm in a 1:1 and have to produce all the training I've done in my job so far and my to do list which I've tried to share 4 times previously and got ignored.
I'm dreading it, and I'm pretty frustrated at this point. We all know how random chats go after you push back for the first time.
