My sister (not me, she doesn’t use Reddit though) was fired from a new job she got in telemarketing or something where they set appointments for the company to do work on homes/businesses through the phone. She was fired abruptly and without given reason, and now they released her final paycheck and they did not pay her the “bonus”/commission she earned. It’s small, maybe $50-$60, but Google says this is illegal. Any tips on how to go about this? Who can we contact if there’s no hr department?
