It happened 6 months ago. I like to take my break/have my lunch alone. Why? It's my fucking break. I had two 15 minutes break + 30 minutes for lunch. The only time I don't hear complaining, gossip and boring talk about work. It's MY time. Plus I am the only who do not smoke, so there is no reason for me to have a cigarette with my lunch. (People always take their break outside).
Well I got fired from this job and this was their reason. They said I wasn't a team member because of that and it's a good reason to get me fired. I was one of the few who didn't use drugs and alcohol at work. Those guys keep missing days and still have a job. I come on time and do over time when asked, but get fired because I like to take my breaks alone. I guess I should have done the ass kissing routine like they were doing, because to be honest I really don't understand this crap. I'm glad I am somewhere else because no one gives a shit about what I do during my breaks.
