I worked at this restaurant for over a year. I had another job over the summer for 5 weeks. I still had one shift left so I asked in the company group message two weeks ahead of time for someone to cover my shift. I get back and they fired me because no one covered it and it’s not their job to find someone to cover my shift. Also they HAD to have 5 people working each shift even though 3 people could easily do the job. My gf worked with me and quit when she found out I was fired. Her best friend then quit. Her best friends bf then quit. Her best friends friend then quit. 2 of my friends then quit. I heard from the people still working there they had to go to 3 people per shift. They then went out of business in less than a year.
