I started with this company two months ago. Working as a dispatcher for a tow truck company.
One of the drivers was pretty friendly and started flirting with me. I cut it off when I found out he was married about 3 weeks ago.
On Sunday I heard from another lady in the office he was nervous about rumours of some kind but I hadn’t heard anything.
Came in today and I was let go because a driver had complained about my “attitude”. Now I’m not mathematician but I can count as well as the next person. And I’m pissed. They won’t tell me who it was the complained, and because I’m still in the probation period I can be let go for no reason at any time leaving me with no recourse.
