Boss as good as admitted in his email that I'm doing a good job, but he doesn't feel like dealing with the headache. It seems strange to me that not being available 2 & a 1/2 days a week is grounds for termination.
When I was hired I was upfront about it, and I'm still available literally full time, Mon-Fri, just not Friday PM, Saturday or Sunday.
No complaints about my job performance whatsoever. Trash.
