I have never once called in. In fact, I've always been 5 minutes early every shift because I walk to work and am constantly paranoid I'm gonna be late so I leave my house pretty early. Despite this, when it came to attendance and dependability I got a 3/5.
This was after being told for weeks by upper management that I'm one of the best and most dependable closers, how much they love my work and blah blah. I got perfect scores on everything else but this one thing.
Jokes on them, I'm moving out of state next week and I'm not telling them.
