Last week I received only a lump sum payment on my payslip when I expected it to be an increase on my base. I asked my manager about it and he said that's because according to him my salary is already quite high for my grade and hopefully the grades will be adjusted next year. We will have a region-wide business meeting soon and I thought about this would be a good idea to ask anonymously. Any thoughts?
Additional info: Company is doing great and my last performance review has met all expectations.
