TLDR : Got screwed out of a major raise so I have to work less.
Im done being angry when I wake up! So I just decided to balance out the Universe.
Some back story: I have worked with same small team at huge company 5+ years when we get a new manager and a couple people get a free pass to a raise making 2$ more than me when I should have gotten one as well but before said manager helped me with a free pass to a raise he quit.
Now its over a year later and 2 co workers still making more than me due to both of them getting a raise they didn't earn. The new manager said that they can't do anything about it because that manager gave them a free pass to a raise.
So…I watch these 2 higher paid employees dick off and smoke Hella cigarettes and standing at work stations playing on their phones, bullshitting with other co workers, drinking alcohol on their lunches then being completely useless.
My manager is complicate in the laziness and hired their young relative and promoted them within a year over everyone else who's been with the company over 5+ years.
Now its at the point where I match their laziness by working at 40% pace feeding off their energy and when they take their bullshit and smoke breaks I go sit on the toilet for 10 minutes.
If the boss lets it happen, I'm going to balance outthe fucking universe my lower pay by being a lazy bitch too!
