I know that many of you have probably faced the same situation when your boss is just a pain in the ass. Please, pardon my French. I just can't keep all the emotions inside.
Perhaps, I'm not the only one who thinks this way, but my boss is literally a monster. He has no clue that we have personal time and that people have a life beyond the office. Several times we were forced to work on holidays. I don't remember the last time I spent Thanksgiving or Christmas with my family. This year, I had to cancel my vacation and my trip to visit my parents. I'm not even saying that I have to work without days off for quite a while, and my boss can wake me up at 5 a.m. or even at midnight.
So, after he yelled at me because I had a sleepy voice at 5 a.m., I decided that I couldn't handle this shit anymore. Quitting that stupid job was the best decision I've ever made. Besides, that bastard never paid me enough. I literally have no savings.
After some time, I started job hunting again. But, I caught myself thinking that I just didn't want to work on anybody else anymore? I've found one job, just to cover the bills. But I don't think I will last there for too long.
I'm thinking of saving some money and starting something of my own. I already have plenty of ideas for the eCommerce business. Just need to think through some details, like marketing and logistics. For instance, for logistics, I found this company — fulfyld.com. According to their website, they can take care of everything related to order distribution. But, I can't find how much they charge for their services. I'll need it for my business plan. Since I can't afford to run my business on my own, I need to find some investors for this. Hence, no one will talk to me without a business plan.
Anyway, wish me luck. I hope my idea works out, and I can finally become free from this slavery of working for someone else.
