Got vacation approved but they “had” to schedule me 7 days in a row

I am burned out. Job searching for 2 months. Trying to get out. Should I just call out during that 7 days so I get a break? I'm very tired of workers and managers thinking it's okay to do this and acting like it won't lead to burn out.
