I saw a comment that mentioned some legal protections or requirements regarding this and I cannot find it. I've been googling but haven't found anything about it.
But here's a rundown.
We're doing performance reviews, and it sounds like management is setting them to pre-emptively avoid people asking for COLA.
I'd like to send an email requesting raises for my entire team, on behalf of the team, to management. I'd like to know if anyone knows if there's any legal things I can hold in my back pocket to make them consider it, or at least withstand bullshit they might throw.
