We should be encouraging small, localized, selfless acts of non violent societal disobedience. We should use this sub to pass along tips about how to survive on 12k$ a year.
We should share stories about being successful following our dreams. No matter how small. We should motivate people to regain their dignity.
People should want to regain their dignity.
There is no big plan, or legislative action… no politics we can influence… but we can decide for ourselves that our importance on this shitty earth isn’t determined by our salary. We can agree with one another that our time (especially young people) …our time on this shitty earth is worth infinitely more than any minimum wage…
We aren’t going to beat the system, not ever.
We are not ever going to show them anything.
But we can decide what we do with our own lives day to day, and we can share examples of success, and the happiness to be free of the rat race… not just always bashing it. Bashing on things is easy… Bashing on things is not a plan.
