Had an emergency and manager thinks she should cut my hours since I asked to leave early 2 days

This sub was suggested to me because I want to bitch about my manager. I work at a vet and had an emergency with a guinea pig. We only see cats and dogs. For context, I NEVER call out and I don't ask for much. I am always on time, punctual and show up. About a month ago, manager starts to cut my hours despite me being full time for no reason. I just had a good yearly review. We talked about the cut hours after this review, and manager makes up a bunch of shit that could have been discussed in the yearly review, and wasn't. So enter Me. I hurt my eye last week, and had to take like 5 days off per doctor's order. I was feeling better a few days in and offered to come back to work. Manager refuses, saying we have to go off…

So enter Me. I hurt my eye last week, and had to take like 5 days off per doctor's order. I was feeling better a few days in and offered to come back to work. Manager refuses, saying we have to go off doctor's orders. Fine.

Then there's my guinea pig, who is very ill and I just spent like $1000 on him. Before work yesterday he wasn't doing well, so at lunch I said I may not come back if he is in a bad state. Manager understood (possibly only because I announced this during our daily group meeting). When I came back, guinea pig was hospitalized and I asked to be off early the next day, and another coworker would fill in for me (also with her hours cut for no good reason). Manager says, oh should I just schedule you half days for now on? And I snap back that I usually don't have emergencies, so no.

Little does she know, I'm going to give my notice today and start a new job tomorrow.
