Has anyone ever worked for Kirby or gotten an instant interview but didn’t know it was Kirby until you arrived ?

I thought I’d ask this question here. It’s been several years, but I remember when I was desperate and looking for a job and experiencing this. Seeing an ad on Craig’s list about $1,000 per week just for doing ‘customer service or demos’. I remember going to one of these ‘orientations’ and it just sounding like a brigade of wanna be Donald Trumps telling you that regular jobs are for losers and that selling Kirby would make your dreams come true. I never hopped on that vacuum train but I wanted to see if any others had good stories when it comes to Kirby (door to door vacuum sales).
