I work at a “social enterprise” and the first question customers ask me this is does your company do profit sharing because I think I read that somewhere.
Last time I said things aren’t always the way they seem and you have to read the fine print.
Meanwhile the majority of our staff are wearing union buttons because the business we work in doesn’t want to offer fair contract conditions.
