I moved internally in the company I work at to a more “advanced” position. At first I was excited about escalating the corporate ladder but just a month after the change, I hate it. I'm underpaid, constantly stressed and my direct supervisor has already shown her true colors… I just feel like quitting but I don't want to feel like a failure.
