I am seeing more and more people on TikTok giving up “advice” on how to advance in your career and get recognized at work…. While doing more work for free. This makes no sense and it irks my blood because young minds see this and believe it is normal to be underpaid and work 50 hours in things that are not in your job description. Usually these tik tok accounts are from “coaches” or entitled older people who want to make us believe becoming a slave is normal. These people are sick.
