There are eight positions on the boat I work on (non union) and seven of those positions have had raises over the last four years where my position has not had one in six years. The least of the positions have gained $8k and the most has gained $34k in raises over the last four years. With the price of housing, food, and gas these days, I'm struggling a little at home. Does anyone know, in the Maritime industry, if there is any recourse I could take?
