haven’t received my pay check for last pay period and my boss hasn’t really replied after i let him know

i don’t work many hours as a student but that’s still nearly $200 i just don’t get now unless he finds out what’s wrong with my check not being sent to me. i would do direct deposit but the service our company uses keeps fucking direct deposit up for me specifically. it’s fucked, it’s like my company just wants to make it as hard as possible to just pay me…
