I don’t know about other healthcare workers, but as far as me and my coworkers, we feel like we are getting fucked.
Three of us were there before Covid, and during Covid and now after. We put in a lot of work and we’re exhausted for a year. Then all the sudden new people came in and we find out they got sign on bonuses. We didn’t even get Covid pay.
Then, after a year and a half of testing for Covid, they decide to tell us they are going to start paying us extra for testing and then guess what? They stopped testing people
It’s just super frustrating and kind of makes you feel like you don’t matter.
Is that the general consensus in a lot of places?
