My boyfriend’s timecard was supposed to be sent to his employer via email before 12 pm today.
He sent it at 6 am.
His employer responded that they didn’t receive it until 8 pm!
Because it’s “late” he wont be paid until the next cycle.
The kicker- the employer’s own email response seems to show they are replying to an email they received at 9 am their time (they’re 3 hours ahead of us). Is this proof enough that they’re lying? It seems super shady!
Is anyone out there familiar enough with this kind of thing to help us out?
