help those in need

I just got done writing a response to a writeup for a coworker of mine. English is his second language. His spoken english is fine, but he has difficulty writing. I spent 30 minutes with him after work and discussed what it was he wanted to say. I told him I would type it up and email it to him so he could copy it down in pen on the appropriate form. I spent 30 minutes with him after work and discussed what it was he wanted to say. I told him I would type it up and email it to him so he could copy it down in pen on the appropriate form. Called him when I was done, went over everything, made a quick edit, sent it, and asked him to let me see the written response before he turned it in. I want him to do well, and I know for a fact that the writeup is bogus. The supervisor that did the writeup has a personal issue with my coworker (as well as half the department) and has been harassing him at work. I've also gone over with him what he needs to do the next time an incident happens with this supervisor (write down the time and place, go strait to HR) and that if he ever has an issue with this supervisor again to contact me immediately. He has my email and phone number.

Help those that need it. We're stronger when we work together.
