In this entry level position, you will work underneath some of the most experienced and jaded managers in the field, while gaining on-the-job knowledge of how to manage your own team, create and maintain schedules, run payroll, submit progress reports, redo progress reports, coordinate between departments and outside vendors, track shipping, keep inventory, handle customer complaints, ensure customer satisfaction by all means necessary, unless to the detriment of the company or possible termination of your contract, all while earning less than your subordinates. You will also gain invaluable hands-on experience in how to manage your own personal finances and medical bills with less money than what you could be earning through unemployment welfare checks. You also learn to love top ramen and air for every meal of the day, even when you eat lunch at your desk.
Do you love to travel? You will travel frequently and inconsistently depending on industry needs and company mandates. You will have total freedom to purchase your own airline tickets, buy wifi on the plane and in the hotel so you can continue to be of service while you travel and while you sleep.
Qualified candidates are hungry (to learn), desperate (to please) and have at least ten years of experience. Bachelor degree preferred, but not necessary, as we prefer to be more educated than you.
All applicants must provide proof of their own health insurance, reliable transportation, have a clean record, must not show delinquent on any past or present debts, including car payments and mortgages, and previous income must exceed three times the current livable wage.
