I just started a new job in a small town local hardware store, I’ve worked retail and specifically hardware retail for years so this isn’t anything new. What’s new is this is the first time I’ve ever had a supervisor this bad and micromanaging. Putting her disrespect and general rudeness aside. Does anyone have any tips on dealing with a top tier micromanager?
I’ve gone above her head already and it actually got worse the next day (in retaliation but I can’t prove it), multiple other employees have complained about her and her leadership style to little result.
