Got a call from corporate asking me if I could help out because the dog of my coworker died. That wouldn't be a problem for me but, I don't even work there yet. I start on the 01.07.
And more important I'm the only other person who can do that specific work because so many people quit and corporate doesn't see the problem. So they don't hire enough people to do all the work. And if they do, it's only one person for three that quit. Nobody wants to start working on a sinking ship so the new employees are only working there for a short time.
So, i don't want to help corporate carry on with their scheme but I also don't want to leave all the work to my coworker.
