I’m not trying to say that I’m better than anyone else. It’s no competition on who’s suffering the worst.
I’ve been struggling to keep a job because I either don’t get enough hours or don’t get enough pay. I sold my car to be able to pay my partner back $1000 that I owed them and I paid my debts.
However, because these jobs are such a garbage, I’ve had to get myself in debt again to just be able to pay rent and get food. I was denied food stamps which would’ve really helped us it sucks because we’re “not poor enough” and You guys know how frustrating that is.
This current job I get paid $15 an hour but I don’t get enough hours and I make less than $400 a week even though I work 5 days a week. It really sucks that you have to get the hardest jobs possible to make a living.
I applied for several warehouses and nothing has come of it so far.
