What if we created some sort of group that looked at the work environment/benefits/wages of a business and if they treat their employees like they should, they’re given some sort of certificate or something they can display? Something like a restaurant grade that’s put up front so people know what kind of establishment they’re going into. It can help us figure out which businesses we should shop at and work for, and maybe put pressure on other businesses to catch up.
