I just recently graduated from college and have begun the job search. Wtf do these companies want?! I swear it takes so long to apply and there are so many hoops to jump through. You have to make an account with every single website, send your resume, write a cover letter, fill out surveys and shit. All of this to never hear back from the company ever. I don’t even want to work for these companies anymore.
