I am hiring for two entry level roles and looking for recent college graduates. Specifically looking for 0-2 years experience. My recruiter is having a hard time sourcing candidates. What can we do better? Offering 60-70k for salary positions in a Fortune 500 company. 3-4 week vacation and competitive benefit package.
I've had exactly 2 interviews over that past two months. The position is for inside sales. Position is straight salary, vs low salary and commission on performance. I'm curious as to what we can do to get more candidates.
