I'm currently in a hiring webinar and … you know what, this guy seems to have actually spent sometime listening to people. “You can't promise remote or hybrid and then demand they're in the office 4 out of 5 days a week, every week – hybrid means at least 50% remote and remote is 100%. If you lie in your job ad you will not be successful.” “Millennials and GenZ are not going to give up their life to work for you. If you want them to help build your company you have to give them a reason to WANT to work for you.” “If you're offering minimum wage, stop asking for 5+ years experience.”
