Hit a breaking point and finally set up a meeting to talk with upper management. Advice?

Upper management has dropped the ball many times with how they are running their company (into the ground). I've become fed up and want to voice my discrepancies and advocate for my coworkers before I (most likely) quit. All advice is welcome and appreciated!
