Horrible bosses

Hi. Where to begin have u guys ever seen that seen from horrible bosses where Kevin Spacey is going in on dude for being two minutes late… It's definitely one of those situations, I've been employed with the company for over 5 years and have been an exemplar employee with good reviews from previous supervisors. I started in a new unit under a new supervisor at the beginning of the year, going in I knew he was a hard a** and knew what was expected… Things were great in the beginning up until Sept he accused me of trying to get out of work when co worker requested to leave as an emergency as her children were left home alone by their babysitter… Now get this I'm an earshot away when I hear him ask her “off the record it her trying to go home or is it you!?” I…

I started in a new unit under a new supervisor at the beginning of the year, going in I knew he was a hard a** and knew what was expected… Things were great in the beginning up until Sept he accused me of trying to get out of work when co worker requested to leave as an emergency as her children were left home alone by their babysitter… Now get this I'm an earshot away when I hear him ask her “off the record it her trying to go home or is it you!?” I naturally was offended and was annoyed by his accusation, I'll he called me on teams and he told me that he heard I was having issues with doing the report his energy was intense I know it's petty but I matched his attitude/energy… He threatened to call his boss on me, my response was do what you have to do! She did… Ever since he was been so rude and dismissive and when I tell him I do not feel comfortable with the way he speaks to me his only response is Is “I'm sorry you feel that way” when I went to his boss and let her know that I was not okay with the way he spoke to me she said she can sense where she can sense where my attitude comes from. Needless to say I felt like I had no one to go to at that point. I filed a grievance with HR in October and just heard something back just today. He accused me on February 10th of coming into work late and again on February 17th a snow day which policy states get to your schedule time as closely as possible however I text him but didn't call the call in line so he sent an email with a written reprimand to myself and my county director about how I was late twice once on 2/10 which I copied the email shows I showed up at 8:00 a.m. exact he asked me if I forget that we have cameras and threatened to review them I said do what you have to do my mouth gets the best of me sometimes, well they took it as verbal permission to review me and monitor the times that I was coming into work his boss stated I did arive at 8:03a.m. and not 8:00a.m. as scheduled. I never seen the video. This isn't the first time that she stated she was watching me on camera and when I asked her why I was being monitored on a daily basis she stated the camera was there to for recent thefts and vandalism and not there to watch employees and felt as if I was adamant in addressing his lie. I really feel like they need a reason to push me out as they have no other reason to pick on or bully me! She not only recruited other supervisors to watch me but other coworkers as well! I learned a new definition this week it's called workplace mobbing very interesting stuff and worth a look… but still feel lost as to where what and what I can do to make things better. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Sorry for the long rant.
