horrors of working security for casino

I work at a very very busy casino. The stuff I had to witness and endure is really horrible, like witness people on laying on the ground dying of alcohol poisoning while my manager acts like I'm being dramatic for wanting to call an ambulance. All manager cares about is getting sued. She told me I am not allowed to call 911 until she approves it. Some other issues include: •Nonstop secondhand smoke •No actual security authority given to security guards, we are customer service in a security tshirt •No backup, even on FRI SAT our busy nights, if one of us gets jumped by some gang/lowlife wifebeater then we have zero backup •too many chiefs not enough indians •no emergency training, been working there 2 months and just learned I was responsible for silent alarm button I was never told about and was told if I accidentally press it,…

•no emergency training, been working there 2 months and just learned I was responsible for silent alarm button I was never told about and was told if I accidentally press it, its automatic termination, well damn woulda been nice to know, and I still have no fire training, I been trying to remember all the fire alarm/extinguisher locations because I do care about protecting the thousands of lives I'm responsible for
