Ok, hear me out. Most companies do market research on a product to figure out how to fix the issues addressed in the bad reviews. This ultimately improves the product, manufacturing, and results in a happy customer.
So, when they see millions of disgruntled workers, why doesn't some company take advantage and treat workers right with good pay? Ultimately good workers mean good product and happy customers. High turnover and employees who don't give two shits about your terrible company are not a good path for the future….right?
