How can I document my supervisors disrespect while my computer is being monitored?

Hi! I currently have a wfh job and I’ve been noticing some things that have been rubbing me the wrong way. I started noticing that the way I was being talked to was a bit different than the way other people were being talked to or just completely ignored and I tried to push it aside. Today, I was publicly (in a teams chat) disrespected by a supervisor for doing the exact same thing all of my other coworkers have done all day today, and continued to do after I was told not to. They were talked to with respect. It seems like every time I speak there’s an issue and honestly I could care less as to why. This is not a forever job and I’m leaving the minute I get the chance.

My issue is that I want to start documenting these things/interactions for when/if I do have to complain to a manager or a higher up and the way to do that is by taking screenshots. I’d like to have them all organized in one document but my job monitors everything that is typed/done on the computer. I’m worried that if I start I may get called out on it before I get a chance to actually build my case. I have to go back days and look through a bunch of messages and I’m not allowed on the computer anytime after my clock out time or too early before and I don’t want to resort to taking pictures on my phone.

Has anyone been in this situation before? Does anyone have any advice?
