Recently I have been having to work two of the busiest posts at my job by myself at the same time and it happens several times a week. They tried to make it easier by removing some of my duties while I am by myself but it doesn’t help at all since both posts can be pretty fast paced.
I am officially fed up and feel like I am being taken advantage of. I do actually like my job and I don’t want to leave but I am the only employee that has to do this because of my schedule and it happens on the busiest shifts several times a week due to being understaffed.
I want to write an email stating that I’m no longer comfortable working like this but I want to be as professional as possible and cover all my bases. I’m trying not to come off as hot headed but it’s hard when I’m so stressed from work.
Please if anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated.
