How did we get in this mess? How do we get out? Everything’s too expensive we can’t even live. An entire generation living like teenagers still making part-time wages and still in parents homes except we’re college educated and fast approaching middle-age. How has our government failed us this bad?

It feels hopeless in a way. The game was rigged against us from the start. Jobs don't pay enough, insurance doesn't cover shit, seeing a doctor bankrupts us, we can't afford to move out unless we hole up with multiple other people.

The U.S. lies to us and says it's number one and the most powerful country in the world but here we are unable to even empower our educated working class. A HIGH SCHOOL degree used to mean middle class. A college degree used to mean rich guy! Now unless you're born into wealth you're just siphoning off your parents until the meager funds run out and you're left flailing with your non-survivable wages.

Our boomer politicians have failed us. Our boomer bosses actively work against us.

How do we fight back? How do we reclaim what's rightfully ours? A decent standard of living and hope for the future. How?
