look, i know the reddit is called anti work and believe me, i hate work, but i need a job and i’m a hard worker. my resume is not bad, i’ve had great experience but it just seems like no matter how hard i try, i can’t get a job. makes me feel even worse when i find out my best friend’s first job is at disney land, and i can’t even get a job at a panda express. maybe this is a bit of a vent post as well but i’d like advice. how do i play this system so i can get it to work against me. should i lie on my resume??? i know it’s a “numbers game” but i kinda already know that considering i’ve applied to 40 places (excluding indeed and glassdoor) within the past month and i really don’t have money for printer paper or ink. it’s upsetting cause i’m not picky about jobs. ugh any advice reddit?
