How do I (25M) bring up my Salary disparity issue during a call with my SM?

I'll probably have a meeting with my senior manager today. It hasn't been fixed but today is what I suggested. Either way, I came to know that folks with the same years of experience are earning 30k more, than what I get, every month! For some other folks its even more. I can assure you that I worked way harder and invested a lot of time in up skilling too. I don't have certs since I can't afford it. Also recently the Client and US Leads congratulated me and my senior for the excellent quality of work we did. I want to bring it up during the call.

Its unlikely that they will give me any but I'll give it a try anyway.

As everywhere else, mentioning that I know the salary about my peers could be the reason they need for writing me up. We don't really have strong laws or unions here so that's a problem too.

The only option I have is to present it in a way that I don't get written up, but get the message across. I don't know how.

I would really appreciate if you folks could help me.

TL;DR I know that my friends and peers are earning more than I do. And that too by a huge margin every month. I want to bring it up during the call I've with my senior manager and not get written up for “discussion of pay”. I can argue that I came to know this from a friend who already left the company and from friends who work in other companies. I'm not sure how to present it without screwing up.
