I work at a university of California (UC) and my job title is SRA1. In the the 11 months I have worked here everyone in my department except my boss and two employee has left. That is six employees, 49 years of combined experience. Inflation is really making my pay check shrink. If my rent increases in a few months when the contract ends I will not be able to contribute to savings. I want to ask my union to bargain for a cost of living increase but I don't know how to contact them.
