So I (26m) my work for a company providing mental health services skill building as a qmhp we are required to drive our personal vehicles for work and not reimbursed for mileage or compensated adequately for gas or other expenses and refuse to reimburse for mileage I make like 2k a month and pay 200 a week at least in gas they request a 30 day notice I love my clients and what I do but I can’t afford to keep doing this job I had a family member die recently and they didn’t give me bereavement and my last check won’t even cover the gas for the month I don’t get paid for lunch drive time between clients or get time to do paperwork they say they pay us ten hours but they don’t how do I get out of this job sooner has anyone worked as a qmhp can I leave sooner than 30 days?
Tl;dr company is using me to provide transport with no mileage reimbursement or help with costs and its eating my check how do I get out faster than 30 days?
