How do I respectfully quit a job?

Graduated university. Shadowed a doctor in a field I’m interested in pursuing. Quickly brought on full-time. Got licensed as a tech. Job is fun and work environment is beyond great. Problem is I only make $10 an hour. Wasn’t a problem at first, because I was just trying to build experience hours. Since I won’t be entering a medical school until 2023, I am now being asked to pay my private student loans back. Can’t refinance or defer the loans. Even though my qualifications are probably worth the raise, I don’t think it is fair to ask this of my boss. My boss and fellow staff have gone above and beyond to help me in so many ways. Only been working for about half a year and am not yet qualified for a raise according to the employee handbook. It is a small and fairly new operation, but business is getting pretty busy. I have been given a lot of responsibilities at work. It would cause a great inconvenience if I were to up and quit. How do I leave without burning any bridges? I want everyone to know that I have been blessed to have such a wonderful opportunity and experience. I plan to explain my situation then give a two week notice. Just feel sick about it.
