How do y’all feel about Aldi’s?

I went across the street to an Aldi's where the cashier was sitting while working, and it seemed the other employees weren't being driven like at other places. I just want to know if there is anything about it I don't know about, like they are run by vampires or something, before I go saying they're so great.
